Akio Takeuchi assumed office as President & Representative Director.
1968Aug.
 1st-stage plan completed with total investment of ¥35 million in plant and equipment.
1970Apr.
 Capital increased to ¥10 million.

 2nd-stage plan completed with total investment of ¥63 million in plant and equipment.
