*1	Takeuchi Japan develops, manufactures, and sells construction machinery.
*2	Takeuchi Japan has switched all electricity used at all of its facilities in Nagano Prefecture (Head Office Factory, Togura Factory, and Bingushi Test Site) to CO2-free electricity as of November 1, 2021. As a result, Scope 2 emissions were significantly reduced.
*3	The calculation method for each Scope 3 category is as follows. The calculation of other categories than category 11 for FY2024 is in progress.
