Takeuchi Mfg. Co., Ltd. is deeply aware of its social responsibility as a corporate citizen to appropriately protect and manage personal identifiable information such as names, physical and email addresses and telephone numbers received from its customers, and in order to operate and improve its system of protection for personal information, it has defined the following Basic Policy to help it protect that personal information.

Takeuchi complies with laws and ordinances and its own internal regulations applicable to personal information.
Personal Information - Collection
Takeuchi may collect personal information from customers on some Takeuchi Website pages (Careers, Inquiries) but the purpose of the information collection will be clarified at the time of request and with the agreement of the customer, only appropriate information will be collected.
Personal Information - Use
Takeuchi will use personal information within the scope of use clarified at the time of request and only to the extent necessary for conducting its business.
Personal Information - Third Parties
Takeuchi will only provide personal information to third parties under the following circumstances.
- Where the customer agrees to the provision.
- Where the Personal Information Protection Law and other laws and ordinances permit the provision.
Personal Information - Management
Takeuchi will safely manage personal information to prevent unauthorized access, loss, tampering, destruction or leakage of that information. Takeuchi may outsource the handling of personal information to third parties, but in that case Takeuchi will require a Non-Disclosure Agreement and will responsibly supervise those subcontractors.
Personal Information - Inquiries (Correction, Disclosure, Removal)
Takeuchi will promptly respond to requests from customers for disclosure, correction, prohibition of use or removal of their own personal information. Please direct all such inquiries to the address specified below.

Takeuchi continually reviews and revises its rules for the protection of personal information in order to fully adhere to the above policy.
